As ever the food was delicious and very well prepared and presented, and the drinks list varied and interesting with plenty of good things to choose from. A real highlight was the new apricot dessert - absolutely outstanding. And the staff are fabulous - welcoming, efficient and extremely helpful with bags, taxis and so on. The overall experience was excellent as always and I hope to be back soon!

This is the best dish of my year thus far. Sourdough toast, cod cheeks, chorizo, black pudding (starchier with some other name), blistering cherry tomatoes. This is like a chefs rendition of a drunk food, a masterpiece. One of the most indulgent, rich, lip smacking dishes I’ve ever eaten. This one gets a 10/10. The sourdough was fried and spectacular. This restaurant consistently wows.
Amazing food! Generous dishes. We had the skate wing, blade of beef, gnocchi was delicious. Great service. They found us a table even though the website said fully booked.
We had a lovely dinner here, we tried the cod, monkfish, pesto gnocchi, beetroot yogurt, burrata. All of them was delicious. We also loved the atmosphere. This is a place I'd like to revisit whenever I'm back in Glasgow!
I should have come here already in my last visits to Glasgow but unfortunately due sudden setbacks I didn’t had the chance to come before. I really like the concept which is similar to tapas, sharing dishes and good selection of wines and cocktails. We were three so we had the chance to order many different dishes except those with raw ingredients because my girlfriend is pregnant. Each dish were very simple to the sight but well balanced and dosed with a really good combinations of flavors. Fair prices and good service from all the staff

Deserving every one of its 5 stars, Ox&Finch serves (large) tapas style dishes, each one drawing from chef/patron Jonathan MacDonalds background as a F1 chef with worldwide travel serving as his inspiration. Each dish has its own identity and taste and the menu is diverse, interesting and unique. Our dishes ranged from cod cheeks to skate to beef tartare to slow cooked feather blade of beef. Each dish a revelation, each dish conversational. I had a Tavel rose throughout which was as memorable as my food. Desserts were apple tarte tatin/blue cheese/prune jus and Affogato with a wonderful coffee/ gelato/remy martin combination that perfectly finished my culinary journey. I love this restaurant and it is a privilege to share in the dishes and the dream of someone who has created something very special. Shout out to Jim who did his best to describe a menu which is indescribably wonderful. Great service anyhow
